The 9th Chinese listed companies’ board of directors Golden Roundtable Forum sponsored by the magazine Board of Directors and the awarding ceremony of the Golden Roundtable Award was held in Beijing on May 11th, 2013. This was the third time for Fosun Pharma winning this award after the former two in 2011 and 2012 that recognized its well-structured governance structure, robust performance and sustainable returns to shareholders.

The selection was resulted from a comprehensive review over five aspects - the board structure indicators, the conduct indicators, the incentive indicators, the diligence for shareholder’s benefit indicators, the external evaluation to the board’s conduct indicators, and the corporate performance indicators.
